Our
Philosophy

Anam Cara retreats are about creating intimate settings where an exchange of knowledge and creativity can take place. May it be dance, art therapy or Buddhist chanting, it will always be rooted in traditional spiritual and esoteric systems.

We want to inspire people to live sustainability and protect mother earth. Creating retreats in exotic beautiful locations in the middle of nature. Anam Cara yoga retreats have now grown to embody elements of scuba diving , trekking, paragliding and surfing, helping you step beyond your comfort zone.

Anam Cara is about building a community
where we can all flourish on this journey
of self growth and learn from each other.
